The Embassy Suites Palm Beach Gardens is located in the heart of beautiful Palm Beach County, with dozens of golf courses within minutes of the hotel. Each 550 sq. ft., one-bedroom suite provides a separate living room and bedroom with your choice of a king or two double beds. Suites are fully equipped with coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven, wet bar, separate vanity, hair dryer, two telephones with voice mail and data port, as well as two remote controlled televisions with ESPN, CNN and HBO. Other amenities include the full service restaurant, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, whirlpool, sauna, gift shop and beauty salon.

The Embassy Suites Hotel on P.G.A. Blvd. is approxiamately 15 miles north of Palm Beach International Airport on Interstate 95. For those of you that are renting a vehicle, it is an easy drive north on I-95 to the PGA Blvd (west) exit. The hotel is visible from the highway. For those of you that will require transportation from Palm Beach International Airport, please notify us in advance of your flight arrival schedules and transportation will be arranged.

As a second option, the Waterford Hotel, aproximately 1.5 miles east of the headquarters hotel on U.S. 1 just south of P.G.A. Blvd, has reserved a block of rooms for our purposes. Transportation between locations will not be available except by taxi cab. Car rentals are suggested if this is the location of choice.

Although the Waterford Hotel and Conference Center is designed to meet the needs of business travelers, it has what it takes to accommodate leisure seekers as well. Located in North Palm Beach, it is near many of the larger businesses in the area, yet there is also a vast selection of recreational attractions and shopping areas nearby.
