Indian River County, on Florida's central east coast, covers 543 square miles of beaches, citrus groves, thriving commercial and growing industry. CVS distribution center - A 400,000sf distribution hub for all retail stores south of Orlando, with 336 employees. The Vero Beach Industrial Park, just west of I-95, was chosen as the location for ease of distribution.
Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital – Cleveland Clinic took over operations of the county’s largest hospital in early 2019, and now has over 2,000 employees.

The Environmental Learning Center is a hands-on natural habitat exhibit on 53 acres of wetlands and mangrove forests with indoor and outdoor classrooms and labs.
McKee Botanical Gardens, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is an 18-acre subtropical hammock located in the heart of Vero Beach that supports a dense and diverse botanical collection, offering glimpses of exotic trees and plants as well as several restored architectural treasures.
